60-minute coaching session for ongoing clients.
Monthly packages include 4 sessions per month. 6- and 12-month packages include a personalized worksheet after each session, plus email support between sessions (1–2 business day response). For anything urgent or safety-related, please contact a crisis line or emergency services.
